Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Can an officer run your information all the time time for no reason..then one day pull you over for no reason..when asked why i was being pulled over the officer stated he knew my license was suspended so he wrote me a ticket...i did nothing wrong to get pulled over. and this is not the first time he has ran my info for no reason

Yes an officer can run your license or plate at any time. However, unless the officer can say that he saw you in the driver seat through the window and knew that your license was suspended, he will not be able to provide a factual basis for the traffic stop. You may have a good motion to suppress. You should speak to an attorney.
