Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
i been paying the insurance and keeping my mothers car on the road since she died one year ago recently in an accident i have insurance in my name with my car and her insurance in her name on her car .I was in an accident last week and a claim has been filed with her insurance I was cited for the accident what are the legal remifications for me

The insurance company in your mother's name will probably not cover you, but since you said you have insurance in your name, then your own insurance may cover you. It gets very complex and it is usually an issue between the insurance companies that you will have to sort out. There is nothing criminal about your acts (unless you signed documents purporting to be your mother).
