Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If a person pleads not guilty to misdemeanor hit and run. Is she allowed to cross examine witnesses called against her and have one of her parents sit with her during the proceeding.

If you have a trial, you will have an opportunity to cross examine all witnesses against you. However, you will not be permitted to have your parents sit with you during the trial. You will most likely need an attorney to represent you.
