Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
a police officer can check for warrants during a brief detention.... can the officer take person's fingerprints? or is a violation of the 4th amendment?

They can ask but you don't have to comply. It would be a 4th Amendment if they forced you to give them fingerprints.
