Probable Cause
Dose a police officer have probable cause to pull a vehical over if he belives the driver has a suspended lisence.

The answer is yes and no. In order to establish sufficient probable cause to stop a vehicle if the officer believes teh person's DL to be suspended, he needs to first verify visually that the driver matches the person whose DL is suspended. Once he does this he is generally allowed to stop the vehicle.
