Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
When is a property bond released? I thought it was "on appearance, but my attorney says that if you get probation, it continues till the end of the probationary period.

Have you talked to your bondsman about getting your money back. Once a person is sentenced, the bond is usually released. There may be something more to this which is why I suggested you talk to the bondsman.
