Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

Pulled in behind two other cars at a public place (no signs saying it was illegal to park) and while I was standing outside a cop pulled up, wrote me a parking violation (only me, not the other two cars) then left. Got it all on video. Worth fighting in court? State is Florida

You need to check the signs where you were at. If not properly marked then yes you could fight it. Whether it's worth it for a $30 ticket only you can decide.
