Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Pulled over for expired dealer plates in FL. I never received my plates in the mail it had been expired for 17 days but my vehicle was registered with the dmv as I had called the day before. I have to goto court do I have any options?

Of course you have options. You need to get your attorney to show the prosecutor the proof that the vehicle is registered. They should dismiss it, but you should go over the details with your attorney to see the proper course of action.
