Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

Pulled over

Is it legal for a vehicle to be pulled over only because the liscensce plate is registered to someone with a failure to pay insurance or suspended liscence. Isnt it required that you are committing a traffic infraction.

Driving with a suspended license is not only a traffic infraction, but also a criminal offense. You can be stopped at anytime for driving without a valid license or having a suspended license and it is a valid stop.
