Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I got pulled over and was given a summons to court because my license and my tags were not from the same state I live in Florida but my tags are from my previous state of Michigan should I just change them and this will take care of the court problem

You should definitely correct your tags. However, this is not a defense. This is still a criminal charge where you face up to 60 days in jail. It would be wise to talk to an attorney in your area about this.
