Can I be pulled over and ticked if I don't use my turn signals???

Yes, if you "affected" traffic then you are required to use your turn signals. However, if you are alone on a highway and change lanes then they can't legally pull you over. So the answer really is that it depends on all the facts. Feel free to give me a call or check out my website below.
