Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Can I put a child that is 3 1/2 in the front seat. My car is a two seater. She has the properchilds seat and I can turn off the air bag.

If your car is a two seater, as you state that it is, and there is no back seat, then yes, you may put your child in the front seat, so long as he/she is properly secured. I do advise turning off the airbag.
