Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I've received a fine in the mail from the Automated Enforcement Division (Orlando, FL) for running a red light (right turn on red) in Midway, Florida, facilitated through ZeroFatality.com. I remember that there was a big pushback against red light cameras in Florida. Is this citation legal and enforceable?

Short answer is that the supreme Court has not made a final decision on their legality. However some cities have decided to drop them. I suggest you contact an attorney in that area to see how they handle them there.
