Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I received a seat belt ticket in a commercial vehicle. And after reading statute 316.614 I feel our vehicle is exempt because the vehicle nets over 5000lbs. But I would like confirmation from a professional before I go to court and risk having to pay court fees?

Actually the statute exempts vehicles over 26,000 pounds. If you want to hire an attorney to fight this, then you should contact one in your area.
