Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I received a speeding ticket in sc. I later received an ishmell court order for not guilty. My license is for florida and now florida suspended my license for this case. I think they did not receive notification from sc. I have my documents what should I do

The only way to resolve this is to contact SC. Florida is only doing what SC instructed it to do. Usually these things can be straightened out, but you will need to work at calling and/or writing them. The burden is on you to fix this even though they may have caused the problem An attorney in SC should be able to help you.
