Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I received a summons for an accident that happened over a year ago. The summons is full of mistakes including even the ownership of my car (plantiff claims it's my father whom I haven't even lived with for many years). The plantiff "demands a trial by jury on all issues so triable against" myself, my father, and my insurance (which is the same insurance company of the plantiff). The plantiff claims the money the insurance company awarded him, wasn't enough and that the company is in breach of contract causing him to suffer damages as a result of the insurance company's failure to pay more.

I have contacted my father (who also received a summons but is unconcerned since he shouldn't be involved) and am calling my insurance in the morning since it is so late. I am supposed to give a written response to this summons to the court but don't know how to go about it. Do I need to address each and every line. pointing out the incorrect information? Does the plantiff even have a case since he accepted the awarded money last year from our insurance company?

If you have insurance that should take care of it. If they don't have answers for you, then you are going to need to hire an attorney.
