Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I received a traffic citation in Florida which had no court date info filled in. Isn't this an incomplete & unenforceable contract & grounds for dismissal? How do I properly notice the court?

The burden is on you to contact the court within 30 days. There is no requirement that a court date be put on the citation, and in fact, it rarely does, unless it is a criminal traffic offense.
