Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I just recently pulled myself out of a financial hole. when I was very poor I had let my registration expire and was caught several times. because of how little money I had/have I was unable to take the driving school to remove the tickets from my license. I found out that I must reopen one of my tickets at the online law library and then take the online driving school, but I cannot find any such link to be able to reopen my ticket. could you send me a link or something so that I may do that please, I really don't want my license suspended for up to 5 years, especially now that I am financially flush and can fix this. thank you.

There is no "link" to reopen a case. You need to hire an attorney to file a motion. It could be to vacate, or it could be to withdraw the plea, or it could be to amend. Every case is different which is why I suggest you contact an attorney to help you with this. Additionally, there are time limits to these type of motions so you shouldn't delay.
