Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

i recently was pulled over for speeding. i was cited a speeding ticket and a outdated tag ticket. i took the tickets and now looking them over a lot of the information is wrong on the ticket my name is all jumbled he put the middle as my first my last as my middle and my first as my last. also wrote the car is a sedan when it is a coupe, race was wrong he did not write his badge number. is this still a valid ticket. can i beat this in court or at the minimum have it reduced. thank you for your help.

All those reasons can be "corrected" by the officer at the hearing. However, it could show that he is incompetent in his actions. Some judges will see the flaws and dismiss it while others won't care and accept the officer's actions as innocent mistakes. Talk to an attorney in your area to see what they think.
