Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I was recently stopped by a police officer in GA while in training for work. I received a ticket for my tinted windows, cover on license plate, and speeding. I currently live in FL, is it legal for me to get a ticket for my tints and cover plate in another state?

Every state has the right to legislate it's own traffic laws. Their ability to enforce the law is not affected by where you reside. I recommend you consult with a lawyer that practices in the county where you were cited for more information on what your possible legal defenses and strategies might be.
