Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

i recieved a sealtbelt ticket when i was wearing one.i had two passangers both had belts on also.what are my chances in court and what do i do.

Your chances depend on how well the judge believes you. If you had your seatbelt, tell the judge. It should be a reasonable doubt but every judge is different. Talk to an attorney in your area.
