Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If I were to get a red light camera ticket could I object on the basis of my right under the constitution which states that I have the right " to be confronted with the witnesses against him" Of course I cannot be confronted by a red light camera. How would this been seen in a court of law?

That's a complicated issue to answer. I would strongly suggest you get an attorney to fight this if that's the ground you're planning to use.
