Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Is there any way to get any reimbursement on a totaled vehicle? Gap insurance only paid 25% of the actual vehicle price and I was left with 7k owed to the finance company.

This is more of an insurance law or personal injury law question, but I believe you're probably stuck. Your remedy was to pay for more gap insurance when you had the chance. Of course, if you're not at fault, you could sue the other party, in which case I suggest contacting a personal injury attorney.
