Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I am renting a uhaul truck from florida, I have a child and he is 1yr 4 mths. I am moving all my house goods from florida to California but I dont want to have any issues with the law by having my son in the front seat which the truck only comes with only 3 front seats. is this legal?

You really need to check the law in every state you drive through. However, there is no state to my knowledge that does not require a car seat in any moving vehicle for a child that age.

Florida doesn't have a law requiring children to ride in the back seat.
