Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I have roughly $7,000 in past court cost and fines. My license has been suspended until I pay off my fines. It's been tens years. I currently work but cab fare is costing about 40% of my income. Is there anyway I can appear in front of a judge to lower these fines? If so, where and who do I contact to proceed with this. Thank you

Once it's been turned over to collections the courts rarely even touch it. What I suggest people to do is see if you can work out a payment plan that way they can release the hold on your license.
