Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Regarding running a "red" light, is Fl. a "permissive yellow rule" state.

Never heard of that, so I guess the answer is no. In Florida, if the light is red at the moment before you cross the crosswalk, you would be guilty of running a red light.
