Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I was given a seatbelt citation in Florida. I have two questions:
1. Neither I or the deputy signed the citation. Would this give me any grounds for dismissal?
2. The deputy who gave me the citaion stated that he was not the actual deputy who witnessed me not wearing a seatbelt. Would both deputies have to show up in traffic court for the ciation to stand?
