Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
small claims court
A vehicle hit me at the airport and fled the scene, however I got the license plate and have a witness. this was in December 2008. I could not file my suit till now, am I safe to file my suit now or has time expired?

You should be ok from a statute of limitations standpoint.
