Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If you were on someone's property having sex in a car and they took your license plate number as you were driving away can you still get in to trouble?

Possibly. Cops could decide to investigate and come talk to you. At that point, you should immediately invoke your right to an attorney. Before that even happens, though, you should talk to an attorney. Although the most they could probably charge you with is lewd and lascivious, you could still face jail time, thus my suggestion to talk to an attorney.
