Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My son did one "doughnut" in a parking lot and was caught. He received a ticket for reckless driving, but an attorney told us that doing one doughnut in a parking lot "does not rise to the charge of reckless driving". We would like to get the ticket reduced to something less than reckless. What are the odds that this will happen?

There are WAY too many variables to tell what the odds are of what will happen. I can tell you that he is facing up to 90 days in jail, so I would strongly suggest you sit down with an attorney who can give you a much better idea of what can possibly happen.
