my son was placed in jail for not paying a driving ticket which was driving with a suspended license he was told he needs to spend 30 days in jail is that all he can do he has a job he will lose

A lot depends on what happened. Was he sentenced to 30 days? Is the next court date 30 days? It sounds like he needs a lawyer right away. I suggest you call one in your area as soon as you can.
