Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Speeding ticket
I got a ticket the other day for doing 39 in a 25, 14 over the limit. The cop wrote the ticket and said i owe $206 dollars, but i looked and that is for 15-19mph over the speed limit and 10-14 is $181. Is it worth it to take this to court? and what would the outcome be if i did?

Re: Speeding ticket
Yes. And if you hire a lawyer your outcome may be favorable. If you go by yourself, you may incur extra court cost and points on your DL. I cannot tell you what the outcome will be.
