Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
speeding ticket
on 11/28 I was driving from Fl to NC and received a ticket for driving 93 in a 70 in Columbia County. The payment/court date is 12/28/08 and I am unable to attend this myself. I have been advised that if I do not attempt to reduce this ticket I will lose my license in NC. What are my best options/approaches for this. I am concerned about the points and maintaining my license.

I assume you got a ticket in Columbia County FL? If so you should probably get someone to represent you so that you can try to get the ticket reduced.
