Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Got a speeding ticket for at 66 mph in a 45 mph zone. It is my first ticket and I have no other offenses whatsoever. I am 21 years old, I know I made a mistakeI was just on my way to class. I would like to pursue and further appeal for this ticket. I want to look into traffic school to prevent my insurance from going up and even prevent points from being added. I want to know that if I get the traffic school certificate then can I still appeal for the ticket? I want the ticket to completely disappear.. is that possible?
Please help.. any suggestions are appreciated.Thank you.
PS. This happened in Broward County, Miramar, FL.

You have two choices. Fight it and if you win great, and if you lose ONLY then can you appeal. If you want to keep the points off for sure and don't want your insurance going up, then take the school. If you're still unsure, hire an attorney.
