Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Speeding ticket by ''Pacing''
I rceived a speeding ticket measured by pacing.
Can you explain a little about pacing, along with how long a deputy must follow to pace in terms of miles, special training required of deputy, etc.

Re: Speeding ticket by ''Pacing''
If he is going the same speed as you, then he is pacing you. He can look at his speed and know how fast you are going, because he is going the same speed. No training needed.
