Can you get a speeding violation with no points attached to your license without going to court?

Traffic Violations
Yes Florida provides you can enter a no contest plea within 30 days of the ticket, provided that you attend a DMV approved traffic school which can be done on line. You must also make sure that the clerk of the court receives your certificate of completion within ninety days of the ticket.
