Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
State trooper pulled me over for 91mph in a 70mph speed zone. He said he would give me a break and reduced it to 80mph. Is this a valid citation?

Based on what you wrote, yes. The trooper was trying to give you a break. If you want to fight the ticket, hire a local attorney to help. Don't just pay the ticket or you will receive points on your license!
