After the statue of limitations runs out on a charge,how do you clear the charge and warrant.

You get an attorney to file a motion to dismiss. There are a lot of exceptions when it comes to statute of limitations so the court needs to make sure that there is a legal reason to grant the motion. I suggest you cantact an attorney right away as that will also take care of the warrant.
