If you are only visiting this country and you have a valid foreign license, then you don't have to get a Florida license. However, if you live in Florida and want to drive, then you have to get a Florida license. In answer to your question, what do you do, the answer is get a license. If you can't because you are not a legal resident, then you are going to have to become documented. If you have immigration issues, you must talk to an immigration attorney as I only handle criminal and traffic law. You can contact me to see if I can help you.
