Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I was stopped at a stop light, phone rang I took off my belt to get out of pocket not realizing the 2 patrols standing there were checking for seat belts. Question is I was given a 116.00 ticket that was not signed by officer or myself , is this binding?
I was guilty but, doesn't it need to be signed?

It's not "mandatory" that the ticket be signed.
