Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I am stopped at a stop sign signaling for a right hand turn, coming down the right shoulder against the flow of traffic is a person on a bicycle. If i had pulled out and hit him who would have been at fault?

Both of you, but you would probably be more liable, civilly that is.
