Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I am being sued by an older couple that I was in a car accident with and they are suing for physical damages because I was charged with Careless Driving. IT WAS NOT MY FAULT. I was in his Blind Spot and he turned left into my lane and hit my front right bumper. My insurance company want me to fill out an affidavit showing all of my income and assets. What can I do to get my side of the story heard? Innocent in Florida

Your insurance company should have an attorney to represent your interests. YOUR insurance company needs your statement. NOT their insurance company. Alternatively, you could hire your own attorney.
