If you have a suspended drivers license in Massachusetts but live in Florida and have a valid drivers license in Florida can you still drive in Florida legally?

Yes but with one big caveat. Usually if your license is suspended in other state then that will be reported to your home state, in this case Florida. MA will report that to Florida who will in turn suspend your license to drive in Florida until you fix whatever problem you had in Mass. There is a small chance that it won't be reported but your best bet is to confirm with the Florida DMV that your license is still good.

Following up. And keep checking to make sure it stays valid, so you don't get caught flat footed.
