Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Suspended License
I was caught driving on a suspended license due to an unpaid ticket and the officer confiscated my license and gave me a notice to appear in court(which i have not yet received the date of). Since, I have paid the ticket and fines to go along with it can i reinstate my license now or do I have to wait for the court date?
