I'm in Tampa, Fl and when you receive a summons requested hearing letter and it says (I'm writing the letter just as it is written): You are hereby notified that a complaint has been made against you charging you with CITY OF TAMPA PARKING VIOLATIONS in and for Hillsborough County, State of Florida. Who is the Complainant or the Plaintiff?
