Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I am in Tampa, Florida (Hills County) and i have a court date on 12/6 regarding DWLS w/knowledge citation i received on 11/1. i was not arrested. my insurance was not current at the time. i have since updated my insurance and registration and had my license reinstated. just looking to see what the best and worst case scenarios i'm looking at when i go. first time offender. thank you

The best case scenario is you hire an attorney and get the case dismissed. Worst case is you go to jail for 60 days. Furthermore, these are the type of charges where you could get habitualized and face a 5 year license suspension. Feel free to give me a call as I practice in Tampa.
