I got a ticket for not having a valid drivers license. If I can go through the process of obtaining a valid drivers license before my court date will they drop the ticket?

That is up to the state but in many Florida counties, if you get a valid driver's license, the prosecutor will drop or reduce the charge.
Good luck,
