Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

Hi, I got a ticket last year for "not stoping at a stop sign", and i plea not guilty, i did stop, but after i stop i kept goin slowly and that's why i think the officer thought i didn't, i went to the final hearing and they of course didnt believe me, not one person there was found not guilty! even with attorney, well now my question is what will happen if i dont pay the fees, it's around $150 and i have no job and I'm movin with my husband to Brazil, for the same reason that I can't find a job here, I'm not coming back but anyways I would like to know what will happen if I don't pay the ticket, they revoked my license and then what? I really dont care if I dont have my license. And is there somewhere I can go, because I tried to pay it with community service hours but they didnt give me any option. Right now I'm living in my car and just saving money to leave and I can't pay the ticket, besides I'm not guilty and I feel it's really unfair I still have to pay it!!

If you do not go to court or pay the fine then your driver's license will be suspended. I really do not believe that the traffic ticket or traffic citation will follow you to Brazil. The only problem would be if you come back to FL, it will be difficult to get a drivers license here. It could affect your credit score her in the US. I do not know if they have credit score in Brazil. You will not be in any criminal trouble. www.mrmisdemeanor.com
