Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I was ticketed as a driver of an out of state vehicle that was not prpoerly registered. Why am I receiving the ticket instead of the owner?

You can certainly argue that you didn't have knowledge and that can be a defense. You should talk to your attorney about fighting this.
