Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
First time offender arrested on a dwlsr-with knowledge. I was not read my miranda rights. What is my best course of action? What is an expected outcome?

A first offense is anywhere from just a fine to 60 days jail. Miranda may not even be an issue and even if it is, that usually doesn't mean the case is dropped but only that your statements may be suppressed. You need to talk to an attorney in your area that knows the courts in your area to gauge the best expected outcome.
